On Zoom, Google Meet, or Teams, the host shares their browser tab. Decide this before guests arrive; it is the only part of the game that can go wrong.

Tell guests: each screen shows an emoji combo that spells out a baby-related phrase, first person to shout the correct answer gets the point, and the host reveals the answer when the room lands on it or gives up. Do not over-explain; one example puzzle teaches it faster than any instructions. Start with a literal combo like 👶🚿 (Baby Shower) as the demonstration.
Run the deck in order: literal combos to warm the room up, idiom rebuses like 🍞🔥 (Bun in the Oven) in the middle, and multi-emoji sequences at the end once people have the hang of reading them. A room that gets the first three puzzles instantly will keep shouting through the hard ones; a room that blanks on puzzle one goes quiet and stays quiet.
Give roughly 20 seconds per puzzle. If nobody has it, offer a single hint (the category, or just the first word), and if it is still stuck after the hint, reveal and move on. Momentum matters more than completeness. Keep score with the scoreboard built into the game screen, or on a phone note; guests rarely dispute it, and the running tally is what keeps the competitive ones engaged.
End the deck on one of the harder puzzles so the last reveal gets the biggest reaction, then announce the winner immediately while the energy is up. A small prize such as a candle, a coffee card or a box of chocolates is plenty. If the room wants more, roll straight into a second themed deck rather than switching to a different game type; the group is already in the rhythm.

You never need a printed answer sheet. Every puzzle in the game has a built-in Reveal button. Guests shout guesses, and when the room lands on it (or gives up), the host clicks once and the answer appears full-screen. That reveal moment is the whole point of playing it live instead of on paper.
Simple host rules that work: first correct shout wins the point; if nobody has it within ~20 seconds, give one hint (say the category or the first word); after two hints, reveal and move on. A 15-puzzle deck runs about 5–8 minutes at that pace.
